Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft, welche wir ausnahmslos weiterempfehlen können.
Der Blick auf den Gardasee ist wunderbar. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Warum 4/5 Sterne:
- Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Man bekommt ungewollt alle Aktivitäten der Nachbarn mit
- Der Rasensprenger und Rasenroboter geht mitten in der Nacht an. Das kann einen schon etwas stören.

Hinweis: Die Hausnummer wird nicht korrekt auf der Karte angezeigt. Und traut euch nicht mit eurem Wohnmobil anzureisen. Die Straßen sind teilweise mit maximal 1,8m / 2m beschildert!

Fior di Lavanda is 5 apartments villa located up hill on top of Torri del Benaco. There are a lot of small cities/villages across Garda Lake and this one has one of the best views on the lake.
The villa is newly build with all you need for a long weekend stay, that we had, or easily 1-2 weeks vacation. The view from apartments and infinity pool is unbeatable!) You will like to have a breakfast, to meet sunset or to spend the fool day by the pool enjoying the view and pleasant shadow of olive trees. Great place for romantic trip, family vacation or, if you would be lucky to book several apartments for same dates, big family reunion.

I have red the previous review and, indeed, the poll is not private - you are sharing it with all guests - but in our case it had not brought any discomfort and tenants were nice and friendly.
Camilla was a good and responsive host. Checkin and checkout went smoothly. Now I have one more place in my list “to visit again”)

Amazing view on the lake Garda and infinity pool just across Torri del Benaco; 5 new apartments - for a full capacity of some 20ish people - with air conditioning and dog-friendly environment; but that’s all you get, and you should ask yourself whether this is worth the rate per night.
Regrettably:
- no privacy, as all the apartments enjoy the very same garden space, thus you may end up having your dinner in the patio while your neighbor’s kids are playing soccer or beach tennis with your glass of wine;
- although very new, the apartments are far from being soundproof: showers, toilets flush and the joyful running and screaming of infants and kids will make you feel just like at home;
- the owner’s family lives in the villa at the end of the garden, therefore - apparently - it looks reasonable for them, their family members, friends and relevant kids to enjoy the pool and the common areas as best please them;
- few reasonable rules are written in the house-handbook, but nobody is in charge to enforce them: the guests' lack of good manners cannot be blamed to the owners, but when they are the first that eat and drink by the pool, fill it with kids’ toys and inflatables, shout, run and jump into it, you should not expect that less educated groups would abide by.
In few words, the place is delightful and the panorama is breathtaking, but far from the quite and relaxing place advertised: it’s more a residence for families (with its pros and cons), left to the good will of the guests, and used as villa’s kindergarten by the owners.
Probably, a clearer and stricter detachment between what is the family-run-business and what is the private backyard, a closer and ongoing check on clients’ needs and a more accurate management of the visitors expectations would allow to timely detect also the pitfalls of what could alternatively be an extremely pleasant journey; until then, you’d better be sure that the daily rate is very well balanced with your desire of tranquillity.

Wunderschöne Aussicht & tolle Unterkunft. Pool & Wohnung sehr sauber & gut eingerichtet!
Anfahrt etwas abenteuerlich, aber nach den ersten Fahrten gewöhnt man sich daran 😉
