Amazing hotel! Since you get through the doors you can fell the JW Marriott sense. Beautiful hotel. Nice staff at the front desk. They’re very helpful with all your needs. Gym has an excellent view to get motivated. Pool access was tricky to find but it’s very confortable. Nice location near to all tourist attractions. I really recommend it!

The staff at this hotel go out of their way to make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The room was lovely. The beds were very comfortable. It was very quiet. The shower in the bathroom was amazing! The towels were incredibly soft.|The location was perfect! There are many restaurants around to try but the ones in the hotel are great!|We were there for our nephew’s wedding and it was the nicest wedding ever.

It's amazing to see the many ways this venue can be transformed for a wedding day! Not only is the space stunning but the staff are extremely kind and helpful. They really go above and beyond to ensure the guests and vendors are well taken care of. It's always a pleasure getting to photograph weddings at the JW Marriott.

My room was spacious and clean. Check in and check out was smooth. Room service was quick and the food was great too. Location was bang in the middle of downtown (I could see the hockey rink from my room with an overarching view of the city). Shopping and restaurants were all close by. Overall, a great 2 night stay with zero complaints.

I want to thank the team at JW Ice District, for helping to create a memorable weekend for me and my friends at this location. We went to celebrate one mom's journey after completing her son's first round of chemo, and be ready and rested as he heads into round 2. When I called ahead of time to see if there was anything special they could do, I spoke with Kimberley, who came up with a multitude of ways to improve our experience. When we arrived, there were decorations and treats to celebrate, along with a personalized note. However, when we arrived, we found our room a tad too small and called to request a cot, which they couldn't fit, due to fire code. Manager- on-duty Sean stepped in to save the day, and upgraded our group to a size that would allow us to really enjoy our stay, and made it legendary. Everyone we encountered was truly so kind, whether they knew the background story or not. I can't say enough and hope this note can be a thank-you to the whole team for a job well done.

Pretty spiffy hotel to stay at. We were lucky enough to enjoy the Wayne Gretzky ball room with a catered meal. The room was clean. Our shower set up was a bit weird as the waterfall head was off to the side which rendered the other half of the shower useless. All of the hotel staff was amazing and very friendly.

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott with my family and experienced nothing but amazing service from everyone that I encountered. From the smooth and friendly check-in with Elizabeth to the incredible housekeeping team (William, Joey, & Liven) who noticed that my granddaughter likes Hello Kitty and put together a Hello Kitty sticker pack with some other treats for her. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious and the pool is well maintained with plenty of towels. It was a memorable and enjoyable stay for myself and my family. Thank you!
