Un hotel a Padova che potrebbe essere definito pratique mais pas fantastique.

L’unico vero punto a favore? La posizione strategica, juste à côté della stazione: perfetto per chi vuole scappare in fretta.

Le foto su Booking, almeno quelle, rispecchiano la realtà… ma che realtà! Camera minimalista, per non dire spoglia: niente armadio, niente servizi, e nemmeno una pulizia quotidiana adeguata. Entrati, abbiamo trovato due flaconi di sapone già aperti e il rubinetto del lavandino che aveva chiaramente bisogno di una rénovation urgente.

La colazione? Non pervenuta. L’ascensore? Lentamente funzionante.

Comunque il letto era confortable. Perché, dopo aver sopportato tutto questo, almeno si dorme bene… finché non arriva il prossimo giorno.

Soggiornato una sola notte, fortunatamente.

Acqua calda non pervenuta, personale entrato nella doccia con le scarpe per provare a sistemare, piatto doccia che perdeva e conseguente bagno allagato.

Esperienza pessima!
Partiamo dalle cose buone:
• sicuramente utile la posizione della struttura davanti alla stazione e la pulizia delle camera.
Arriviamo ora al marcio:
• per comunicare col personale nella maggior parte dei casi bisognava mimare con le mani poiché non conoscevano bene la lingua;
• all’arrivo in camera siamo stati attaccati da uno sciame di zanzare grosse come noci che prontamente abbiamo eliminato;
• impossibile fare una doccia calda , infatti la temperatura più alta che raggiungeva la doccia era quella della Siberia d’inverno, per non parlare del piano doccia in se che permetteva la fuoriuscita di acqua sul pavimento;
• letti scomodi e cuscini sottilissimi;
• il condotto dell’aria era fuori uso , infatti in camera e in bagno sentivamo puzza di fumo di sigaretta e anche di spinelli che molto probabilmente venivano da altre stanze.
• non ci hanno dato nemmeno una bottiglietta d’acqua.
Sconsiglio vivamente e non ci tornerò mai più .

Ne venez pas dans cet hôtel ! Mon sentiment est très mauvais. C'est le pire hôtel dans lequel j'ai jamais séjourné. Le coût de la chambre est de presque 100 euros, mais je ne peux pas prendre de douche. Le directeur a expliqué que les autres locataires ont pris une douche et que l'eau chaude n'est pas suffisante. Il m'a également demandé pourquoi je ne me suis pas lavé tôt. Oh, mon Dieu !!️ Je n'ai jamais été traité comme ça. Je dois prendre une douche pour avoir de l'eau chaude quand je vis dans un hôtel. Je ne resterai plus jamais dans ce hotel

We booked this hotel for three nights. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel was far below expectations. The rooms are with dirty walls, the mattress really hard, furniture need some replacement/renovation.
- Staff: Only the girl from reception was okay! The cleaner was screaming just because we complained about the state of the room. And she was complaining to the receptionist, I think she didn't want to clean our room after request because she was about to clock out from hotel.
- Cleaning:
We were shocked by the state of the room. The towels had hair on them, there was an open shampoo in the bathroom, and the floors were dirty. The corridors also smelled bad like the moped the floor with 2 months old/ dirty water, and I noticed people sleeping on couches in the common areas. (Photos attached)
- Area:
The area is not safe, drunk people right outside the hotel.
Due to these conditions, We felt extremely
uncomfortable and left after only few hours going there and had to search for a new place to stay.

Pokój bardzo ładny, łazienka w wysokim standardzie. Wszystko czyste i schludne. Personel w porządku, najważniejsze informację przekazane w języku angielskim bez problemu.
Minusem z pewnością jest lokalizacja, jest bardzo nieciekawa, nie czuliśmy się bezpiecznie wracając wieczorem do hotelu.
Wifi również pozostawia wiele do życzenia.
Generalnie za tę cenę jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Dla nas najważniejsza jest czystość i wygodny materac 🙂

DO NOT STAY HERE.

I have never stayed in a more unclean hotel room in my entire life. Cigarette ash was on the floor, leftover food was under the bed. Despite being a non-smoking room, the room smelt intoxicatingly strongly of cigarette smoke.

I could not sleep for the one night I was unfortunate enough to stay here. Service were extremely unhelpful, and blamed previous guests for the state of the room, even though it is the job of a hotel to clean a room! They only gave me a small partial refund for the nights I didn't remain at the hotel for (I left 4 nights early but was refunded ~1.8 nights.)

I highly recommend avoiding this hotel and going somewhere else. There are other cheap places in Padova that are MUCH better.

This place is an absolute joke! Do not stay here! The beds are terrible and the bathroom fixtures are falling apart. The tap isn’t really attached to the sink, the shower head is broken and sprays water all over the place except downwards and there’s a huge crack across the mirror. The walls are thin and noisy people next door will keep you awake all night (if the bright green security light in the ceiling doesn’t). I just went to the reception to complain about noisy people in the next room just after midnight and the kid on reception spoke absolutely no English which is a first for me in any European hotel. Then a lady who I assume is the owner came out of the door behind the reception desk in her night dress whilst having a full blown argument on the phone in front of me whilst she could see I was clearly standing there with an issue. She completely ignored me as her argument intensified so I left and went back to my room. It’s currently half past midnight and I have to catch a train at 05:56. Fortunately the station is close by.
