We stayed at Fosca Venice Rooms, and the view from our room was absolutely stunning – it really made our stay memorable. However, the soundproofing was very poor, and we could hear a lot of noise from the neighboring room, which was quite disruptive. While the view was definitely the highlight, the noise from next door did affect the overall experience.

Great location. Rooms were tidy yet small. Didn't bother us much as we spent most of our time outside of it. There are stairs to access the rooms so if you have big luggage or anyone with disabilities keep that in mind. The entries were keyless which made coming back stress free as we did not have to keep up with a key. The check in is about a 10 min walk down the street. They will hold your luggage there if you arrive early or leave late. We ended up using a Bounce location not even a minute walk away from the Fosca rooms as that worked better for us. Finally, you are above a bar that closes at 2am so there might be some chatter you can hear. We ended up just closing the shutters and windows and it kept out most, if not all, of the noise.

Local otimo, perto da estação de trem. O quarto nao estava sujo, mas tinha um pouco de poeira nas cortinas e ar condicionado, o que me deu alergia. Nao tem recepção, mas me comuniquei com os responsáveis pela suite por WhatsApp e fui tudo certo.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were immaculate, and the daily room service ensured we always had fresh towels and a tidy space. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and it added that extra touch of magic to our stay.

One of the standout features is the hotel's convenient location. It's just a short 15-minute walk from the train station, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free.

For fellow travelers from Germany arriving by car, here's a pro tip: Leave your car at Spinea train station parking, which is a cost-effective choice at around 3€ for a train ticket to Venice. This way, you can skip the hefty 80€ parking fees in Venice itself.

Additionally, we loved the fact that access to the hotel and rooms is through a secure code system, so there's no need to carry physical keys.

We highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and budget-friendly stay, especially if you plan to explore the beautiful city of Venice. We can't wait to return

The room exceeded our expectations! There was a beautiful view to the canal and a square! The room was comfortable, looked brand new, beautifully decorated. There was room service everyday. We could not recommend it enough!

Sehr schönes Zimmer, sehr sauber und modern vorallem das Bad war sehr schön. Die Lage war super, wir hatten einen Balkon und große Fenster mit direkten Blick auf einen Kanal. Preis-Leistung hat unserer Meinung super gepasst.😁😁😁

We loved the property itself. We would have appreciated knowing that it was directly over a bar, with mainly outdoor seating, with loads of cigarette smoke coming into the bed room and bathroom, and with closing time being at 2 am. The location was great, the space was plenty for two of us. Another thing to mention, if you are looking for air conditioning, this space has a unit, but keeping the room cool, it does not. If you need to keep cool, by keeping the windows open, make note above about the cigarette smoke, and tons and tons of mosquitoes.

У нас был номер на 2 этаже на 2 человек. Из преимуществ, я могу выделить: вид с окна, в пару минутах от центра, чистота номера, наличие биде и кондиционера. Из минусов: не очень хорошая шумоизоляция, и ресепшен находится в 15 минутах от самого номера.
На одну ночь, прекрасный номер.
