The service was terrible. It was extremely difficult to find and the staff did not help at all. The staff was rude when we called them to ask for directions. We ended up walking a lot more than we had to in order to find the place. The staff made us pay 60 euro for a taxi that we did not take a ride with. They held our room key hostage when we already had our luggage in the room until we paid this cab driver we did not take a ride with. (We had taken the bus. We think the front desk person was friends with the cab driver.) The hotel staff was yelling at us and extremely rude and not helpful. We thought we were staying at a hotel like the ones in the pictures and they sent us to a room in their smaller, awful sister hotel down the street. We wasted at least 6 hours trying to get to the hotel. Reception was not 24 hours and we had to go to the other hotel to check in and everything. It was noisy in the morning. The hotel claimed that we stole a blanket and were going to make a police report, but we did not take anything. This is the worst hotel I have stayed at EVER in Europe. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! They were really disrespectful with how they spoke to my mother and kept trying to con us for money. Awful experience. They gave us the incorrect check out time. They said one check out time and then knocked on our door and called us 2 hours earlier to say it was time to check out. It is not worth the supposedly low price in order to stay here. Most of the places in the town were closed most of the time and so you basically had to eat at their hotel or once you took the bus to the main part of Venice. Please do not stay here because they will try to scam money out of you and it will make your stay unpleasant and stressful.

First off I think this actual hotel is closed, but with our reservation we stayed in the sister hotel nearby (first on the street) but if you are just looking for a cheap place to lay your head at night for a cheap price this is not a bad choice. The room did have air conditioning but it didn't work fantastic. It was colder than outside during our time there though. The shower did not spray it was more like water coming out of a garden hose. Make sure you use the check in hours as the staff is not there all the time. I learned this from other reviews and from seeing them during our stay. Check out time is early compared to others it is 0930. We did not eat in the hotel as we didn't see them open. Bus 10 will get you to the hotel with the stop being just in town. (make sure you tell the driver or they will pass the stop if the bell isn't rung).

I was in this hotel last year, and I have to say, that in this price is not bad. The only problem is connection with Venice, but with this amount of money you can't expect anything better especially in Italy. ||The stuff very friendly and helpfull.

aucun soucis je les avais appelé au téléphone et j'ai eut tous les renseignements que je voulais, il parle très bien français, accueil sympa pourtant nous sommes arrivés à 23H , problème de télé le premier soir le lendemain nous changions d'hôtel pour le même tarif (ilsen ont deux a 300 metres l'un de l'autre) , rien a critiqué, chambre propre , arrêt de bus à 300 mètres prés de l'église un bus toute les heures pour VENIZIA direct donc 15 minutes car nous sommes a 4,5 km de VENISE place ROMA là ou s'arrête tous les bus pour le retour bus toutes les 20 minutes arrêt C5 faite attention regardés bien sur la ligne VENISE - PADOVA que le bus s'arrete bien à MALCONTENTA il s'arrête devant l'hôtel PALADIO un sur deux y passe bien donc si on est pas trop bête ca se passe bien dans le doute demandé au chauffeur il comprenne bien le français||beau souvenir de de voyage pendant le CARNAVAL 2011 si j"y retourne je reprend cet hôtel le petit déjeuner à 3 euros par personne impec en plus un restaurant très honnête coté tarif dans notre hôtel nous n'avons pas eut le plaisir d'y gouter mais la prochaine fois promis on testera, alors faut pas critiquer cet hôtel sachant qu'on paye 34 euros la nuit faut pas non plus exagérer et puis on n'y passe pas la journée on ne fait que se laver et dormir LOL le but est tout de même de visiter VENISE

gare a l'arnaque j'ai réservé avec hoeldiscount pour un séjour de trois jours.||nous sommes resté de 15h a 19h a faire l'aller retour de Gallimberti a leur autre hotel qui se trouve a 400m et grosse surprise aucun des deux n'a ouvert ses portes||je tiens a préciser que javais payé d'avance et que j'ai du me chercher un autre hotel et ils disent que c'était ouvert donc pas de remboursement||ne pas y aller ce sont des arnaqueurs
