Worst place I have delivered my appointment was 7am , I got to guard check at 6:50 am , then asked to park on road there were about 15 truck waiting, by the time I got to receiving office walking 7:08am , and the freaking guy tells me I’m late, now I waited 8 hours to get a Door and it’s now 5pm and still not empty. If you can avoid the place... do it. I’m not coming back here ever.

OTR Driver here. If your BOL has a street address of 725 E. Erie Ave, it doesn't mean it delivers there!! Most of the time you will be sent just down the street to the next block over to Gate 3. Many drivers find this out by the guard at the 725 location, I had a huge load of Monster drinks, they go to the Gate 3 location down the street from the 725 location...lol. Anyways they have signs at the guard shack at both locations tell you to park on the street, walk up to guard shack with your ppwerk BOL, the guard after taking some info from you will tell you to walk up to the Shipping/Receiving next to Dock 36, you fill out the simple dock sheet, give it to the dude their, and he'll tell you will call you on your cell phone when ready. The street parking has curb side with a bit of your truck/trailer beyond park line, but your okay, also I and other drivers have parked in the center of the street the cobble stone bricks with the old embedded rail road tracks, the curb is usually full of trucks waiting, as one leaves another driver will take it. The Philly police go by this facility like 4 to 5 times an hour, so it's fairly well watched over, also they sorta turn a blind eye to trucks having to park the way we do. Anytime I been here they haven't bothered me yet, even in the center of road, just don't block the flow of traffic, and do not throw trash out on street. Bring your food and be prepared to wait, as for me my truck is well stocked, have fridge/freezer, microwave, grille, crockpot, etc. I don't go hungry wherever I am parked..lol, or you csn order from a takeout joint. As for getting here, drivers take various routes, I use I-76 , Exit 340 unto Routes 1 / 13 / Roosevelt, take for like 5 miles to Whitaker Ave, than 1.7 miles to E. Erie Ave than their just up the street 1/2 mile on left, 53ft dry van 13ft 6in. The guard and the dude that unloaded me were friendly nice people. This is not a speedy place for fast loading or unloading so be prepared to wait min. usually 4 hrs. and possibly up to 11 hrs. Chock wheels, tandems to rear, and unhook red air line to trailer.

Driver's beware....do not I repeat do not come to this place for deliverys.....my appointment was at 1pm.. checked in at 11;45am...it's now 4:38 pm and I still don't have a door....I probably wouldn't be so mad ,but they don't even have any where for you to park,you have to try and find parking on a main Street and hope, parking enforcement doesn't bother you or your not in the way of some other business....this place is a joke....

I parked in the street on the cobble stones. The unloading docks are at another building hopefully these pictures help. You don’t want to take a wrong turn through here. I was facing away from the other building so I took D street then luzerne. I got confused for awhile and ended up on 1st street it said no trucks but I already committed to the turn. Backing was fine and I got a door within 5 min.

It was ok not to bad other than a Werner driving backing into my trailer but the guard was cool and no one had an attitude. Appt was at 10 arrived at 0940 docked at 1030 out at 1050. Best way to get there is I76 to Roosevelt Blvd(US1 US13), go bout 4 miles right on Whitaker(2 to 3 miles) then left on E Erie and they are a mile on the left park on the side of the street or in the middle where the old tracks are and walk to the guard shack

They do not respect the time of the driver. When you have an appointment 6 pm they start unloading at 10 pm believe me . Bad place !

It was good on check in plus only 1 hour to unload. Now if you are on the East Erie St you should consider Juniata's. Great food.

All reviews are absolutely correct. All Carriers should stop going there. Its just the most horrible company you can think of. Take you worst ever experience and multiply it by100. Poor management, no parking, no restroom, and you have to wait there for 10+ hours if you`re lucky. AVOID AVOID AVOID at any means
